VoIP Phone Depot provides assistance to customers prior to and after the sale. If you have any technical questions or issues, our team will work with you to ensure that your questions or issues are resolved to your satisfaction.

Just as important, we maintain updated driver software on our web site to ensure that your products will continue to enjoy the most up-to-date software available. As with any technology, though, not all products are actively manufactured indefinitely. However, you do not have to worry about not finding drivers for your products, as we keep copies of drivers on the product pages for at least 5 years after any given product is no longer manufactured.

Since we sell only to retail sellers (including eBay sellers, VoIP phone specialty stores, and traditional retailers) and independent VoIP service providers, we cannot provide technical assistance to individuals who have purchased products from other sellers. Nonetheless, end users are certainly welcome to download driver software or documentation from our site.
